Abhinav has been in President and COO roles leading large, multi-site businesses in healthcare and consumer services. A proven growth leader, he has successfully driven transformations, enhanced P&L performance, and built value through M&A, digital innovation, and new builds. Previously, Abhinav served as Group President at BAYADA, as enterprise chief operating officer of Aspen Dental (now The Aspen Group) and as enterprise Chief Operating Officer for True Value Company. With a people-centric, mission-driven leadership style, he has overseen 50+ acquisitions totaling $30B+. Outside of work, Abhinav is a proud new father and enjoys spending time with his growing family.

Dr. Chad Deal is a highly skilled and dedicated cosmetic surgeon, certified by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery, and the American Board of Surgery. With over 4,800 procedures performed, he is renowned for his expertise in Brazilian Butt Lifts and Breast Lifts. Dr. Deal has been recognized as one of the best cosmetic surgeons in Chattanooga, earning awards such as the Best Cosmetic Surgeon and Patient's Choice Award. He also mentors surgeons worldwide through Southern Surgical Arts’ Fellowship Program. Outside of surgery, he enjoys spending time with his two sons, traveling with his girlfriend, Camille, and relaxing on his yacht.

Jill Cole is an experienced human resources leader with over 25 years in HR and human capital initiatives for healthcare and other rapidly growing organizations. Her expertise includes acquisitions, multi-location management, strategic planning, and employee relations. Jill has a strong track record of leading organizational change and aligning business growth with company goals. Holding a Master’s in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, she has held leadership roles at companies like Oncor Electrical Delivery and Platinum Dermatology Partners, where she managed a workforce of over 9,000 employees. Jill is also passionate about community service, particularly helping military members transition into the workforce. She lives in Prosper, TX with her family.

Experienced in multiple industries, including FinTech (FIS), healthcare (FMA), and Home Improvement (Renuity), with a proven track record of increasing profitability through strategic FP&A, M&A transactions and implementing robust financial reporting systems. Andrea is a collaborative leader skilled at providing actionable financial insights to executive teams and mentoring high-performing finance professionals. When not working, Andrea enjoys spending time with his wife and 11 year old son, often going to the sunny beach in Florida.

A proven leader, he has successfully reduced costs and consistently increased sales through innovative digital marketing strategies. Previously, Joe served as Director of Social Media and Marketing at Southern Surgical Arts and beauty Bar medspa. He has led the growth of social media accounts to millions of followers, boosting sales and conversions for small, medium, and large-scale businesses. He attended college at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. With a strong background in digital media and marketing, Joe combines creativity with data-driven strategies to deliver impactful results. He enjoys traveling with his fiancee and spending time with his family and dog when not working.
